Book Club Edition; 185 pages; Very Good/Very Good. Small, very light, spill on bottom board edges. Same light spill (looks like very light coffee) on fore edge of end papers. Tiny bit on two pages barely on the margin. Boards are straight, tips are pointed, spine is square and pages are otherwise clean. DJ spine edges and folds are lightly rubbed. Bottom spine has small chips missing and there are two tiny green dots on spine. Corner tips have tiny chips. Fantastic cover art work by Waldman. Thousands of years in the future, a simple tribe of intelligent animals wanders the earth with a young boy, Jony, in their care, until the landing of a spaceship shatters their peaceful lives.
