596 pages; Very Good Plus/No Jacket. THIS IS THE 1992, HARDCOVER - SECOND EDITION. Brown leatherette covered boards with gilt lettering. Corner tips and spine tips are shelf rubbed. Back panel has a very pale scratch. Boards are straight, tips are pointed, spine is square and pages are clean. It is now more than fifteen years since the appearance of the first edition of this anthology. Its adoption at a wide variety of universities and colleges is testimony both to the revival of interest in the philosophy of religion done in an analytical fashion and to the felt need by many for an anthology collecting such material. The appearance of other anthologies with a similar approach is furthur evidence of these trends.
