Just a bit rubbed to spine edges, tips and corner tips. Illustrated in humorous reproduced drawings. Lightly bumped to corners. Outside page edges are age tanned. The name of Edward Lear, as a nonsense writer, is known wherever the English language is spoken; his Limericks have had countless imitators, and thousands of children have delighted in The Owl and The Pussy Cat, The Dong with the luminous Nose, and his other nonsense rhymes.
