327 pages; Very Good Plus/No Jacket. Attractive brown decorated cloth boards, with gilt lettering. Spine very lightly sunned. Just a bit of light shelf rub to edges. Name very tiny top inside front panel. Pages 46 & 47 lightly aged tanned because newspaper picture has been laid in of the three Sitwells - included. Boards are straight, tips are pointed, spine is square and pages are otherwise clean. Stated First Edition. This is the first volume of Osbert Sitwell's life, and his family's, in his own words. The left hand symbolizies, as in the conception of a psalmist, birth and tradition; the right, what I have made for myself.
