Bright burnt orange endpapers. Un-read tight. Just a bit of shelf rub to edges. Previous owner very small name stamp to front board and several places inside book, and outside page edges. Boards are straight, tips are pointed, spine is square and pages are otherwise clean. This reader may be begun in the first weeks of class work. It opens with a rudimentary basic vocabulary; it initially employs only the present tense of the verb. Thereafter, new vocabulary and additional tenses are gradually introduced and developed.
